Coffee with Mary

1:1 informal conversation for clarity and connection (60 or 90 minutes)

Code of conduct

To ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering space for meaningful conversation, all clients are asked to agree to the following principles before attending a session:

1. Respect & Boundaries

Sessions are held in public cafés or quiet shared spaces for mutual comfort and safety. Any form of aggressive, disrespectful, inappropriate, or intrusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session. Please arrive on time and respect the agreed-upon session duration.

2. Confidentiality

Everything shared in our conversation remains strictly confidential, unless there is a clear risk of harm to yourself or others. Recording (audio or video) is not permitted without explicit mutual consent.

3. Professional Intent

Coffee with Mary is a space for reflection, personal growth, and emotional clarity — not a date, therapy, or emergency support.
Sessions are non-clinical and non-therapeutic, and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

4. Identification & Presence

To ensure trust and transparency, clients may be asked to verify their identity (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram handle, or phone number). Sessions are only confirmed with pre-booked, verified individuals.

5. Cancellation & Conduct

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the session fee. The facilitator reserves the right to decline or reschedule sessions if safety or alignment is in question.

THE BOOKs

Cruelly Betrayed

I put my own father in prison. 16 years of sexual abuse and threats. 16 years of fear and silence. 16 years of forced smiles and resilience. 10 years of studies. 7 years of pregnancy. 4 years of criminal trials. 10 years of marriage. 5 years of deception. Half a year of cancer…and only 37 years old.

There was no time to ask ‘Why me ?’. Facing my own mortality made me realise that a big chapter of my life was not over yet and that I was not as free as I thought I was. These pages have written themselves in the middle of a still, ongoing heavy storm.

Nicolas, a charismatic Christian figure, a sacrificing husband, and a hailed hero. But who is Nicolas really? What is hiding behind the smile of this seemingly generous father of six? What is his darkest secret?

Following her mother’s death, Mary felt the urgent need to understand exactly what had happened to her estranged mother. She embarked on a painful quest to dig up 30 years of archives, but what she discovered was beyond anything she could ever have imagined…
